The house sits at a comfortable elevation, with a refreshing tropical breeze to keep the home pleasantly cool year round. The amenities are superb- a beautiful swimming pool and barbeque area provide a wonderful place to relax and the common area has a ping-pong table for your enjoyment. With two lanais, the house is positioned to take in a sunset as it sets over the Pacific ocean.
